Rick Sprague

Rick Sprague founded Sprague Construction in 1985. In 1997, Rick was installed the President of the Home Builders Association of West Florida (HBAWF). He has served for over a decade on the organization's Board of Directors and was the Cost and Codes Chairman in 1996 and 1997. In these leadership roles, Rick has provided insight to help shape legislative and local policies relating to home building. Rick is a University of West Florida graduate and holds a Masters in Public Administration.
